Specifications
At 6 gallons the Crown Berkey weighs in at 12 lbs when empty and 62 lbs when fully filled. It stands 31" tall and 11" in diameter. With the standard two filters that are included the Crown will filter up to 6.5 gallons per hour. We highly recommend additional sets of filters when purchasing the Crown to increase filtering speed. 4 filters will provide 13 gallons per hour 6 filters 16.5 gallons per hour, and 8 filters will garner 26 gallons per hour.
As with all authentic Berkey Water Filters, the Crown size removes over 200 contaminants, including 99.999% of viruses and pathogenic bacteria. The Crown Berkey also removes chloramine, trihalomethanes, pharmaceuticals, and pesticides, as well as heavy metals.
