Shipping Speed
We are committed to shipping as quickly and safely as possible. Items we have in stock in our warehouse will be shipped within 3 business days.
Berkey Products: are often sold out from our warehouse and will be drop shipped from the manufacturer directly to your door. with the current demand this could take up to 3 weeks.
Survival Kits: We will put together for you from scratch. With the current shipping issues around the world some pieces take longer to get. please allow up to 1 month for us to build and ship your kits. They will be shipped fully insured via Fedex
Alaska/Hawaii/Non US sales
Shipping to clients in Alaska, Hawaii, and non US countries may not calculate accurately within this website. If this is found to be the case the client will be contacted with accurate shipping and asked how they would like to proceed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If product purchased from Watchman Supply has arrived damaged it is eligible for return. Please contact us to arrange return, and refund/replacement of damaged product.
